The New Testament encourages all who follow Christ to spend time and energy developing spiritual health and fitness and declares spiritual fitness to be of great value both in this life and the life to come (I Tim 4: 7-8). Riverside has carefully designed a spiritual training (athletic) track, that provides believers with the focus and challenge needed to develop spiritual fitness. At Riverside our dream is that all believers attending the church will be actively involved in progressing around this training track. The Spiritual Growth Track:  0 meter mark What is Riverside all about? For your first impression of the church, we invite you to a lunch where you can have a brief introduction to our DNA, history, & purpose. It is also a good place to meet and interact with the Pastor and Elder Board and other new people here at Riverside. Fellowship and new acquaintances are the focus of this time.
 100 meter mark When you want a more in depth look at our church family, this is for you. It is designed to clearly explain who we are and where we are headed - how and why we do what we do. It is also the membership pathway to the church. Only those who complete this course can be considered by the Elder Board for membership.
 200 meter mark The Scriptures admonish each of us to grow “in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” (Ephesians 4:13) This class focuses on Four Basic Habits every Christian needs to develop and to grow to spiritual maturity.
 300 meter mark Are you an eye or a hand, a foot or an ear? Do you know where you fit in? Did you know there are Five Personal Factors of life development that have shaped the 'real' you. This class will help you discover yourself as you seek to identify the ministry that God has specifically designed you for.
 400 meter mark Is it possible to share my faith without having the gift of evangelism? What if I don’t know what to say? It’s not as hard as you think. Learn how to experience the freedom of sharing your faith in a way that is natural, graceful and above all, real and authentic.
