We have chosen as the theme for 2011 “BE GLAD – REJOICE IN GOD’S SALVATION” (PSALM 35:9). 

The prophets of doom, the Government, the world economy and global recession all point to 2011 being a year of even greater stress and tribulation. We want to send a strong message that we do not depend on external circumstances for our feelings, our wellbeing, our attitude and our outlook on life. We rejoice in the Lord at all times, even in troubled times. He is Our God and Our Provider, a very present help in time of need. We, who are saved, find joy in the fact that we belong to God and nothing separates us from His presence, provision and prosperity. 

“And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation”
(Psalm 35:9 – KJV). 
The idea for 2011 is to permeate the entire church with excitement and enthusiasm. Each of the BHAG’s will serve to encourage and spread this mindset of celebration.
